Ingredients

  • One four-pound chicken, sliced
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • One and a half cups of all-purpose flour to coat
  • Two quarts of frying vegetable oil

 

Instructions

Heat the oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste, then coat them with flour. Put the chicken pieces in a skillet over medium heat and cook until one side is golden brown. Then, turn the chicken over and continue to brown it until the insides are no longer pink and the juices run clear. Serve after draining on paper towels!
