I cook a number of chicken recipes, but none of them have earned as much recognition as this one! It’s the wettest thing ever!
- Ten minutes for preparation
- 25 minutes is the cooking time.
- Time Spent: 35 minutes
- Four servings; four chicken breasts are produced.
Ingredients
- One cup of bread crumbs
- One package of dried French onion soup mix (1 ounce)
- One-third cup of mayonnaise
- One tablespoon of optional garlic paste
- Four chicken breasts without skin or bones
Instructions
- Turn the oven on to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
- In a bowl, combine the dry soup mix and bread crumbs.
- In a another bowl, combine the garlic paste and mayonnaise. To thin down consistency, microwave on high for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Apply the mayonnaise mixture to the breasts. Spread the crumb mixture on top. Transfer to an ovenproof tray.
- Bake the chicken on the middle rack of a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear and the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. When placed in the center, an instant-read thermometer should register at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).
