Ingredients:
1 cup basmati chawal
1 pound mutton/fish
2 tablespoons olive oil
1onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2cup water
2 tablespoons kabsa spice mix (optional)
Fresh parsley, ye cilantro, ke garnish
Instruction:
Rice ko wash kar kay 30 minutes kay liy behigo den.

Mutton ye fish ko add kary aur cook kary jab take light brown na ho jaye.
Cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, black paper salt curry, or mix karen.
2 cups water, add kary or achy, say boil kary.
Cgeak the salt any other masalajat.
Rice add kary or mix kary phr achy say cook kary jb take rice soft or fluffy na ho jay.

Agar ap mutton ye fish use ni karna catty tu ap vegetable ye chicken be used kar sakty hain.
Kabsa ko ap apny taste key according to adjust kar sakte hain. Agar ap ko spicy pasand hai tu ap zyada red chili power add kar sakty ha.
