Ways to Prepare Croutons:
This salad is elevated significantly by the crunchy homemade garlic croutons, which give it an elegant appearance and flavor. You will find yourself nibbling on these croutons due to the cheese crust that covers each tiny toast!
Place baguette on baking sheet after cutting in half lengthwise and slicing into 1/4-inch thick slices.
Add minced garlic to 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Toss breads with 2 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese and oil scented with garlic.
To achieve the desired crispness, spread evenly and bake.
How to Dress a Caesar Salad?
It only takes a bowl and a whisk to make the Caesar Salad dressing, which comes together quite quickly. With very little salt needed, this healthy and light Caesar dressing is bursting with fresh flavor.
Combine minced garlic, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar in a whisk.
Oil is added while whisking to emulsify the dressing and give it a creamy, smooth consistency without becoming greasy.
Adjust the seasoning to taste, using 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
